I need some help figuring out how to approach this question and in what steps I would do so, I would greatly appreciate it!

y=x^2 +1 (3,10)

\(\displaystyle m = \lim \limits_{h \to 0} \dfrac{f(3+h)-f(3)}{h} = \\

\lim \limits_{h\to 0} \dfrac{(3+h)^2+1 - (3^2+1)}{h}

\)

After you solve for \(\displaystyle m\) use that, the point (3,10), and the point slope formula for a line
