Well, an obvious solution would be
$\begin{array}{|c|c|c|} \hline 0.23 & & 0.43 \\ \hline & 0.34 & \\ \hline 0.43 & 0.44 & 0.45 \\ \hline & 0.54 & \\ \hline 0.63 & & 0.65 \\ \hline \end{array}$

but I'm sure there are other reasonable solutions.

Touche - I should have said:

That is an ill-worded question!

Since the adjective "unique" immediately precedes "define" - I am assuming that - you want the definition of "unique".

Please do a Google search, and tell us what you found.
