Find the points on the graph of y = -csc(x), where the tangent is parallel to 3y-2x=4. Use exact values.

0 is less than or equal to x which is less than or equal to 2*pi

Thanks

The tangent is parallel when the slopes are the same.

Solve the line equation for y and get it into y=mx+b form. Then m is your slope.

Find the derivative of -csc(x) and set it equal to m and solve for x.

Use the values between 0 and 2Pi
