Follow a rule

Ms Smith gave her 5th grade class 2 sets of numbers that were sorted according to a certain rule. The numbers that followed the rule were put in set A, and the numbers that did not follow the rule were put in set B.

Set A 25.16; 46.345; 0.229; 127.28; 11.76

Set B 13.37; 22.633; 38.97; 99.21; 7.758

What is the rule for the numbers in set A?

I have looked for a pattern, but i can't find one.
 
I don't see anything obvious, either. These are all fractions (Rational numbers written in decimal form). I converted them all to improper fractions, and there are some hints of patterns, but not all of the numbers follow these patterns.

Will you kindly verify your typing and confirm that your post shows what you were given?

Hundredths

The Hundredth's position is the second digit after the decimal point.
Do you notice anything ODD about that digit in the rejected set?
