Forward Kinematics, DH Parameters, Transformation Matrices assistance

Hello all,

I am new to the forum and I am need of assistance and/or refinement of a project I am working on.
As the title suggests, I am working on a CMM arm with 6 degrees of freedom. In an effort to not muddy the waters, the electronics portion is all worked out. I believe I am in need of refinement in my calculations due in part to not understanding transformation matrices. I have drawn up a 3D skeleton model in solidworks so I could proof out my current calculations and, they do check out. I just think if one of you could take a look at my spreadsheet and its calculations, it would help my understanding and streamline the calculations.
