A stick of length 20 feet is randomly divided into 3 parts. What is the probability that the difference between the shortest and the longest part is not more than 4 feet?

I think the answer is
P(G)= (20^2-16^2)/(20^2). Am I right?

How did you derive that equation - please explain?

Why do you think it may not be correct?
