The problem:

ABC is a isosceles triangle which is circumscribed with a circle .the points M and N are the middle of the arcs AC and AB). MN is a chord that cuts the AB (side) in the point E and also cuts AC(side) at the point F

Unfortunately, mathematics depends on definitions and terms. Lacking those, it is difficult, if not impossible, to proceed.

When you say "blocked by", I believe you mean "circumscribed with". When you say "rainbows", I believe you mean "arcs". But I'm afraid I have no idea what you might mean by "accorded".

When you use the notation "=~ to", I think you mean "congruent to". Is the carat symbol (the " ^ " symbol) being used to mean "angle"?

Thank you.

Did I guess your other meanings correctly?

Also, what have you tried so far? Where are you stuck?

Please be complete. Thank you! :D
