geometry Problem

Been struggling in this hw question for geometry. Im not sure if I did this right. I got (x−1) 2+(y−5)^2= 10

I assume you mean:
(x-1)2 + (y-5)2 = 10

To check, you should sub in a point that lies on the circle which is given (-2,3)
(-2-1)2 + (3-5)2 = (-3)2 + (-2)2 = 13 ≠ 10
