Please disregard what I put for b, just looking for help, thanks. Been working on this question for a while and don't understand what the reasoning would be behind finding the answers and being able to prove them. Essentially I don't understand the question.

I can't say that I fully understand what it means myself; but my first step if I were you would be to find the "inequality theorems" that you are supposed to use, and see which might apply. If you tell us what they are, we may be able to help.
 
a) If the measure of two angles of a triangle are equal, then the triangle is an isosceles triangle. What properties does an isosceles triangle have?
