Start by sketching the triangle, keeping in mind that angle C is obtuse, which will affect the locations of P and Q in the figure.
Now notice that you have two right triangles, APB and AQB, with the same hypotenuse. You might want to think about inscribing right angles in semicircles ...
Draw an angle that is a bit wider than a right angle. That vertex will be C. Put A and B on the two rays, and draw segment AB to make a triangle.
Then draw the two altitudes, namely a line through A perpendicular to BC, and a line through B perpendicular to AC. You'll see something important: that P and Q are not on the rays you initially drew, but on extensions backward through C.
Once you've done that, think about the rest of what I said. Since you want to pass, you will have to do the work in order to learn from the assignment.
