I don't see this being in "Geometry." If you were to read the mind of whomever
created this, what if you rewrote it as the following:

4, 4, 3,
5, 5, 4,

As a puzzle (not geometry), this comes very close to the sequence representing the number of letters in successive number names in English:

ONE, TWO, THREE, FOUR, FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT, NINE, ...​

3, 3, 5, 4, 4, 3, 5, 5, 4, ...​

Could it be a typo, or another language?
