Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum. You all may get really familiarized with me since I will be coming here frequently. One of my questions deals with graphing. The question is Graph the line with slope 2 passing through the point (-2,-3) . I don't know how to graph when the slope itself is not in fraction form. So if someone could help, here's what I've done so far. -2+2, -3+1 (0,-2) (-2,-3) is my answer.

Graph the Line

Graph the line with slop 2 passing through the point (-2,-3). The answer I gotten was -2+2, -3+1 (0,-2)(-2,-3)

Hint: 2 = 2/1, which is a fraction.

I'm sorry, but how are the two additions and the two points your "answer" for the graph of a line...?

To learn how to use slope to count from one point on a graph to the next, try here. ;)
