I know there is a way of finding these constants using limits, instead of using the "cover-up" method of Heaviside. Strangely the method I'm looking for seems to be called "Heaviside method" or at least that is the name I heard.
This method was much faster than solving the system of linear equations. I need to know the way to find the constants when the roots are complex and repeated.
I only want you to give the name of the book or some link where to find the explanation of this method. I was looking for it on the web with no success.
Thanks.

Without knowing what you're talking about, and without being able to present examples of what we're thinking you might mean, I'm afraid I'm not seeing how communication could happen, in any useful manner...?
