HELP - formulating a probability approach to a simulation question

I have look at the video below, about a simulation, and tried to work out the probability of the various parts of the sim. Mainly the Dove, and the mixed Dove and Hawk sim and also help how to analyse the graphs from a probabily or calculus lense. However ive come to some complications and looking for help how to do this. Thanks
