hello guys, so I'm doing an online calculus quiz, and I'm stuck in one part of the question and I cant find the answer, I was wondering if you could help me : a)Find the interval on which f is concave up. (Enter your answer in interval notation.) b)Find the interval on which f is concave down. (Enter your answer in interval notation.) f(x) =
x2
x2 + 3

a) Find the interval on which f is concave up.
b) Find the interval on which f is concave down.

f(x) = (x^2)/(x^2 + 3)
Concavity is determined from the second derivative. So what did you get for the first derivative? What did you get for the second derivative? What did you get for the intervals of increase and decrease? What did you get as inflection points? What did you see when you checked the graph of the function?

Please be complete. Thank you! ;)
