I am having a hard time qualitatively understanding this statement:
" The goal of the operation of the perceptron is to learn a given transformation d : {-1,1}[sup:2qz0ihaj]N[/sup:2qz0ihaj] -> {-1,1} "
What does this notation mean? I hope it is a basic question. Thanks
