Given: In 2007, the percentage of Americans who smoked tobacco was 19.8%.

Question: If 3 adult Americans were randomly selected in 2007, what is the probability that exactly 2 of them smoke?

How would I go about calculating this answer?
Would I multiply 19.8x2?
