I have a few questions below that I attempted to solve and got stuck on. Please Help me. Thank You.

9. Find the values of the six trigonometric functions of the acute angle in standard position with the terminal side passing through the point P(8, 6).
a. sin ? = 3/5; cos ? = 4/5; tan ? = 4/3; csc ? = 5/3; sec ? = 5/4; cot ? = 3/4
b. sin ? = 4/5; cos ? = 3/5; tan ? = 4/3; csc ? = 5/4; sec ? = 5/3; cot ? = 3/4
c. sin ? = 3/5; cos ? = 4/5; tan ? = 3/4; csc ? = 5/3; sec ? = 5/4; cot ? = 4/3
d. sin ? = 4/5; cos ? = 3/5; tan ? = 3/4; csc ? = 5/4; sec ? = 5/3; cot ? = 4/3
*What do they mean by terminal side? How would I solve this?

10. Find on a unit circle that corresponds to t = 5 ? /6.
a. [-1/2,?(3)/2]
b. [1/2, (-?(3)/2)]
c.[ ?(3)/2, -1/2]
d. [(?(-3)/2),1/2]
*My solution was choice C. Am I right?

11. Evaluate cos(31?)/3.
a. ?(3)/2
b. ?(-3)/2
c. 1/2
d. -1/2
*My solution was choice A. Am I right?

13. Evaluate sin(15?/4).
a. -1/2
b. ?(2)/2
c. 1/2
d. ?(-2)/2
* My solution was choice C. Am I right?

-For the last three I wanted to make sure that my answers were correct.
Thanx again!

c. sin ? = 3/5; cos ? = 4/5; tan ? = 3/4; csc ? = 5/3; sec ? = 5/4; cot ? = 4/3
d. sin ? = 4/5; cos ? = 3/5; tan ? = 3/4; csc ? = 5/4; sec ? = 5/3; cot ? = 4/3

Terminal sideis the "hypotenuese" side - length = ?(6[sup:kmnmiz5f]2[/sup:kmnmiz5f]+8[sup:kmnmiz5f]2[/sup:kmnmiz5f]) = 10.

so sin ? = 6/10

10. Find on a unit circle that corresponds to t = 5 ? /6.
a. [-1/2,?(3)/2]
b. [1/2, (-?(3)/2)]
c.[ ?(3)/2, -1/2]
d. [(?(-3)/2),1/2]
*My solution was choice C. Am I right?

11. Evaluate cos(31?)/3.
a. ?(3)/2
b. ?(-3)/2
c. 1/2
d. -1/2
*My solution was choice A. Am I right <<< No?

13. Evaluate sin(15?/4).
a. -1/2
b. ?(2)/2
c. 1/2
d. ?(-2)/2
* My solution was choice C. Am I right <<< No ?

-For the last three I wanted to make sure that my answers were correct.
Thanx again!

Instead of just writing "am I right?" - you ought show your work/logic behind choosing the answer - to get "meaningful" help.

O.k. Thanx alot! I foun what I did wrong on the last 3. Thanx again.

Most of these exercises are easily checked, using a calculator. 8-)
