I feel like I should know this but I am not getting the answer the back of the book has listed. I don't know how they got it. The problem is convert 2 1/2 pints to fl.oz. The fraction is throwing me off. How do I solve it? Thanks for any help!
First convert the mixed number to an improper fraction and work with that. If required, convert back to a mixed number at the end. Show your work, so we can see exactly where you're stuck. Be as complete as possible. Thanks.
