Austin has 1/3 of a gallon of paint to paint his go cart. He knows that he will need 3 1/2 gallons to paint his entire cart. How many more gallons does he need? I used to know how to do this. I forget how to solve it.

How much does he need? (Hint: This value is given in the exercise.)

How much does he have? (Hint: This value is given in the exercise.)

By how much is he short? (Hint: Subtract to find the difference between what he needs and what he has.)

How many whole gallons will he need to buy? (Hint: Round up to a whole number.)

If you get stuck, please reply with your answers to the above. Thank you! :D
