Help with vector problem!

I was able to complete a though d, but i cannot figure out what do do with e.

I have attached the questions as well as the answers.

The only thing that i can think of when given the equation of plane y=0 is to use

ax+by+cz=d, but i don't know the next step. Maybe using the normal vector using <a,b,c>, and letting a=0,b=1, and c=0, would help me, but i am stumped.

Any help would be highly appreciated!
