Given the system below, solve for y:
2x + y - z = 7
3x - 2y + z = -4
x + 7y - 4z = 27
y = -2 is this right?

The exercise only asked for the value of y (perhaps you were supposed to use Cramer's Rule?), and I think the other poster missed that restriction.adam40g said:y = 2, and I dont know x and z
