I have to find the function between 3 points
Startpoint (0,3.5)
Second point (3,8)
And then I got a top point of (3,8) as well

I have to find the ax^2+bx+c equation to this problem by hand help!

f(x) = a*x^2 + b*x + c

For those 3 points - you will get 3 equations.

Your second and top points are the same -- is that a typo?

Does "top point" mean the vertex? If so, then you have two points, the vertex and another.

You can use the vertex to write an equation of the parabola, except that a will be unknown. Use the other point to determine a.

If the "top point" is the vertex or turning point of the parabola, then you can use the form \(\displaystyle f(x) = a(x-h)^2 +k\) where (h, k) is the vertex.
Then use another point to find \(\displaystyle a\).
