My question is how to do this mold "elicpse" on a papper and transfer in on the rounded wooden mold. The diameter is same on wooden mold. I made misstanke but got correct at last. But how is the matematik formula?

There are mathematical ways to calculate the "curve of intersection" between two intersecting cylinders. That requires expertise in calc III. would you want to delve into that?
