From the $\displaystyle Ax+By=C$ form we know that the slope is $\displaystyle \frac{-A}{B}$ if $\displaystyle B\ne 0$.
If $\displaystyle (p,q)$ is on the line then $\displaystyle pA+qB=C$.
Can you use that?
