I am trying to solve this problem. It is about costs.
We have a craft group. It runs Monday - Friday, five days a week in our Non-Profit Organization (NPO) rented rooms.
Each group meeting is called a session.
40 weeks a year. In 4 x 10-week blocks.
Each group has 6 crafty people participating.
We call Crafty people the name 'patrons'.
So I think that is 10 sessions a week. Once in the morning.
Once in the afternoon. So that is twice a day. Six patrons in each craft group.
So that is 6 people x 10 sessions = 60 bottoms on seats per week.

We're assuming that any one patron will attend only once a week.
So on a 10-week block, they attend 10 sessions. One per week for 10 weeks.
There are 4 blocks per year. Each block is a 10 week block.
i.e. 4 x 10-week blocks.

So is that 400 group sessions per year?
Is that 100 group meetings per 10-week block?
Is that 2400 bottoms-on-seats per year?

Now comes the fun part :)

Each patron works on 3 widgets per session.
Each widget will take 5 sessions to be completed.
So a patron works on 3 widgets for 5 days and then has completed 3 widgets.
So does that mean 3 widgets/5 days = .6 widgets per session per patron?

How many widgets are required for the 10-week block?
How many widgets are required for the year?

I am stuck at getting the widgets for a 10-week block. I would like to see working so I know how to calculate this.

How many widgets are required for the 10-week block?
How many widgets are required for the year?

Is it .6 widgets/session X 2400 bottoms on seats per year = 1440 widgets for all patrons?
And 1440 widgets /4 blocks = 360 widgets per block?
