Usually when [x] is used, it means the floor function, not the ceiling function.View attachment 23261
So i have to prove this equation where (x) is any real number and (n) a natural number above 0.Also, the brackets stand for ceiling function.
I've tried to use the proof of ceiling function but i failed.Any suggestions?
