The questions
- A new customer would like an aquarium that is 22 inches long 21 inches deep and holds 16 gallons of water. He wants to know if the tank would fit on a shelf that is 10 inches wide. I need to know if it would fit and why (or why not) I am not good with dimensions.
- You best customer wonder if you can build her an aquarium with a square bottom that will hold 20 gallons of water. Suggest at least two possible dimensions for the tank (to the nearest tenth of an inch) for her to choose from.
- A customer wants an aquarium that is exactly twice as long as it is wide and holds 30 gallons of water . Suggest at least two sets of dimensions to the nearest tenth inch that would work for this combination.
