Do you understand - what does EVALUATE mean?View attachment 22852
Can someone solve 1-5 and show the work for me? I do not understand.
To evaluate a function at a given value, you just replace the variable with the value. For #1, you are given [MATH]f(x) = n^3-9n^2+16n+13[/MATH], and asked to evaluate [MATH]f(6)[/MATH], which is [MATH](6)^3-9(6)^2+16(6)+13[/MATH]. Can you do that?View attachment 22852
