I have tabulated all the possible damage Layla will incur within 50 seconds.
within 50 seconds she would've done
Basic Attack: 47 x 25 damage = 1222
Plasma Beam: 94 x 10 damage = 1034
Super Laser Cannon:1380 x 2 damage = 2760
So within 50 seconds, and to include the cooldown of her super laser cannon
(5 + 3 seconds) x 2 = 16
In a span of 66 seconds, I believe she would've dealt 5016 damage.
Considering Tigrel has 7300 max HP plus regeneration of 132HP every 8 seconds,
I tried to calculate in two 66-second cycle his regeneration in total, which is
(2 x 66 seconds) / 8 seconds = 16. 5
16 x 132 HP = 2112 HP
2112 HP + 7300 HP = 9412 HP
Thus, before delivering the final super laser cannon before the 132-second mark, Layla's damage dealt will be 8652. Hence, on the final blow, she would've dealt 1380 damage totaling to 10032 damage. Which is above Tigrel's health with regeneration considered which is 9412 HP.
She would defeat Tigrel after 129 seconds because the cooldown after her super laser is excluded.
However, it pains me to say that this whole equation is wrong since I have not included the variable wherein Tigrel will block damage every after the 5th attack.
I don't know how to create an equation on how to include the block on every 5th attack.
