Unfortunately, it is usually not possible to provide useful assistance when we are attempting to "speak" (provide math help) through an interpreter (you) who does not actually speak the language (does not actually know the material). It will be best if we can speak with the student directly. Perhaps you could type out your student's thoughts and efforts so far?
