integral of (e^x + 2x)^2

I need help calculating this integral

(e^x + 2x)^2 dx

using integration by parts. I'm not sure what should be u and what should be v.
 
I would do this first:
\(\displaystyle \L \left( {e^x + 2x} \right)^2 = e^{2x} + 4xe^x + 4x^2 .\)
