Inverse trigonometric integral

Replace (x^2 + 1) by u in the given integral.

what do you get?
Hi, I thank you very much for answering, but I still don't get what you mean. The particular topic is called "integration by tables", however I am quite confused with this specific integral. Should I substitute "u" in the form of the integral shown in the integrals of the integration table in the image?
