Write a table of values for f^-1, where f is as given below. The domain of f is the integers from 1 to 7. State the domain of f^-1.

x | f(x)
1 | 3
2 | -7
3 | 19
4 | 4
5 | 178
6 | 2
7 | 1

Bah I don't get inverses at all. Please help?

Rewrite your table after switching he headers f(x) | x. You'll almost be done.

Thank you, what should I do to finish?

Read the last sentence of the posted instructions for this exercise, and give them what they want. 8-)

Do you understand the meaning of a function's "domain" ?

Cheers ~ Mark
