A bicyclist rode into the country for 5h. In returning, her
speed was 5mi/h faster and the trip took 4 h. Waht was her
speed each way?

distance = speed multiplied by time (d = r*t) is correct.

So why have you not come up with an equation?

What does this mean: 5hx5mi/hx4h? If "x" means multiply, use * instead.

Start like this:
speed into country = x ; then speed returning = x+5
