1. y'' + 2y' +y = 8/3cos(2t) -2sin(2t)
y(0)= 1
y"(0) = 7/3

2. y'' +4y' +20y = 8e^2t
y(0)=0
y(0)=9

Maybe, y(0)=1 and y'(0)=7/3

Maybe, y(0)=0 and y'(0)=9?
