There are no white/black board lectures as all talks are via PowerPoint. In my opinion this strips the presenter of any excitement he/she might bring out in their lecture/talk. I truly believe this is not the way to go.

What does everyone thing about this?

I can make some really nice images and insert them into the PP format. But I like a slate board in the background in case I need to expand on some point.

But then again I get a real power trip when I mess up a clean chalkboard. Whiteboards just don't cut it.
