Limits of Infinity in Fraction
My Professor says when dividing get the highest exponent power in numerator,
while in the youtube tutorial says get the highest exponent power in denominator
and some of the book says get the highest exponent in the whole equation.
im so confused !

Assuming you're referring to a rational function (one polynomial divided by another), you do this in calculus just like you did it back in algebra: Compare the powers, top and bottom, and see what you're left with, to figure out where the function goes "on the ends". (here) ;)
