Linear Algebra- matrices(markov matrix)

so i know the matrix is

0.76 0.08 0.03 0.01
0.18 0.62 0.27 0.04
0.04 0.18 0.57 0.15
0.02 0.12 0.13 0.80

However, I don't know how to go about answering b.i. and b.ii.
any assistance/guidance is accepted thanks much

(I think that should have been "getting worse grades"!)

I honestly don't even know how to start going about that question, but yes it's supposed to be "worse" and I don't understand what the probability of maintaining similar grades mean because the point of a Markov matrix is to show the change over time given an exponential increase
