I am doing literal equations and formulas solving for y and I really need help please....
for instance..
6x-3y=-9; -2,0,2

Not sure what you're asking; anyway:
6x - 3y = -9
Divide by 3:
2x - y = -3
Isolate y:
y = 2x + 3

Did you mean to solve for y in that equation when x = -2, x = 0, or x = 2?
