log in route without calculator

Hey,
I already figured out that the answer to this problem should be 3 by using my calculator but i dont know how to prove it.

The problem is:
10^(log(9)/log(100)

I simplified it to be
10^(log(3)/log(10)

But i dont know where to go from there

yeah sry there should be another green parethesis after the red after 100 the problem was 10 route log base 100 then 9
