Hello. I have problems with proof of fact that Lyapunov stability of solution of ODE system does not depend on t0. Could anyone help me with this?

Stability of a solution, by definition, means that a slight perturbation in initial condition will NOT affect the solution (unlike fractals).

Please post a "particular" problem.
