Hey does anyone know how to do Question 13/14?

13. If amn is the element situated in the m-th row and the n-th column of matrix A, write down matrix A, given that it is a 3-by-3 matrix with amn = 2m + n.

14. If amn is the element situated in the m-th row and the n-th column of matrix A, write down matrix A, given that it is a 3-by-4 matrix with amn = mn.
You have been given the sizes of the matrices. You have been given the names of the entries of the matrices. You have been given the arithmetic rules for the values of the named entries of the matrices. You are asked to fill in the matrices with the specified values in the specified locations. That's all you need to do: compute the arithmetic values and write them down in matrix form.

Where are you getting stuck? Please be specific. Thank you! ;)

OH yeah i get it now. For 13, for example element 1,1 would be 2(1)+1, 1,2 would be 2(1)+2 and so on.. 14 would for example be 81 for 3^4. I checked the answers and i understand this now. Thanks a lot!
