For grouped data like this, you will need to find the midpoint (call it X) of each CI and use those midpoints to calculate the mean in the usual way.

The mode for grouped data is usually given as the "modal class" ie the CI with the largest frequency.

The median is the middle score. How many scores are there all together? Which one will be the middle score. eg 10th, 11th etc. The calculation of the median for grouped data can be estimated a couple of ways. I'm not sure what your background is.

What level are you at with your study of statistics? Are you at high school? What grade?

There are formulas for (estimated) median and mode (within the median and modal class, respectively) that are taught in some curricula, but they should only be used if you have been taught to do so. For the median, the formula I am aware of assumes the actual data are uniformly distributed in each interval. The formula for mode is based on a guess that it is proportionally closer to the side with the larger "neighbor". If you searched for "mode of grouped data" you should find it; one good source is https://www.mathsisfun.com/data/frequency-grouped-mean-median-mode.html . (Your search may also turn up my own blog, where I have explained these formulas.)

It sounds as if this test is not for a course you are taking, since the topic is not covered in your own textbook. Can you tell us more about the source? There ought to be some way to know what definitions they expect you to use.

yes, I am in highschool. Grade 7

Does my suggestion sound like what you might be expected to do?

Have you asked your teacher about it?

The school is already closed due to voilence in delhi , India due to some parliament bill. So my exam is postponed for a few days. However I still couldnt find the solution to the problem. A complete solution would help me a lot.

My impression has been that the formulas I referred you to are commonly taught in India. Look them up and try applying them, then show us your work. The site includes examples, so you should not need me to work your problems for you.
