Hello,

value per value (ex. kWh per sales), that would mean divide kWh by sales $ right ?

than if there was a value/ a value,
this symbol / means to divide again correct ?

thanks.

It can be read as "per".
Eg. Speed = distance/ time where the symbol means divide.
Eg if you travel 100km in 2 hours, your average speed would be
100km/2 hours (where / means divide)
=50 km/hour (where / is read as "per")
Does that answer your question?

Yes I think so.
So if I have the stament:
kWh per sales ($) / value add, so

2,163,409 kWH per $18,709,792 sales) / . I would just divide kWh by sales ($). Then whatever that answer is I would divide that by value add (which is 7,546,458)?

Thanks for your help.

2,163,409 kWH per $18,709,792 sales would give you approx 0.116kWH per $1.
If you divide that by $7,546,458 you are going to get a very, very small number.
What is it you are trying to find in the end?

You've started three separate threads about this one problem! Please respond to the requests for the exact problem -- an image would be best. We need to know what you are actually trying to do, not just your paraphrase.

In Hebrew, he translated the "per" to the word "to" that means also "for".
So, we have 2 GROUPS that one is part of the bigger group and the same the other groups.
So, "1 hours per mile" means we have a group of hours that can be in a greater group that we call day and the second group the can be "translated" or transformed to "meter" for example.
So, the groups are:
1 hours : miles
We have two measure. So, Try to translate one group (or "(sub)units") to other group ("unit").
The sub-unit describe units that are part of bigger unit.
May it help. (I'm not English Native, but I think I can help you).
