Find the concentration of the medication, taking account of the metric conversion factors micro=10^-6, milli=10^-3. [BTW, except in the medical profession we use the Greek letter µ for "micro," instead of mc.]

(400 µg)/(250 mL) = (0.000400 g)/(0.250 L) = 0.0016 g/L (or 1.60 mg/L).

If you multiply that times the infusion rate of 0.045 L/hr, then you will have the dosage rate in units of g/hr (or mg/hr).

Can you get from that to µg/min?
