Mg concentrate to ml

If I have an oil concentration which has 2500mg/per g and mix it with 150ml of another oil how much of the 2500mg/g will be in 1ml?

If I have 2500mg of one oil and I mix it into 150mls of another oil does that mean I have 16.6mg of the first oil per 1 ml of liquid?

You seem to have some misconceptions. You can't convert mass (mg) to volume (ml) without knowing the density. Also it makes no sense to talk about mg/g "in a ml".
