Mixing recipe issue.

I have 690 mL of a solution that is 5000mg/ ounce. I need to dilute this 690 mL to a final solution of 1000 mg/mL. How much MCT oil would I add to the 690 mL of 5000 mg per ounce solution to turn it into 1000 mg per ounce solution

In other words if I had a liter of 5000 mg and I wanted to turn it into 2500 mg which is double the volume with MCT to cut it so I’m trying to figure out the exact proportion to cut it down from 5000 mg to 1000
