set up the integral for first moment about the yz plane of region V bounded by x^2 - y +3z^2 +1 = 0 and 4x + y = 8 with density d(x,y,z) = x^2 + y^2 + z^2

I've isolated the z bound by setting the two equations equal to each other but I'm not sure how to get the other two variables. I can't figure out a graph of the equation either...
