The radius of Mars is approx. 3,400 km. Find the radius of one of its moons, Phobos, which is 9,381 km from Mars.
PB= ????
What equation would i use for this problem?? i dont know how to start it :!:
Help me please!!!!
Phobus is a potato shaped body measuring 27x22x19 km having a mass of 10^16 kg. The shape of the satellite has nothing to do with the radius of Mars or its distance from Mars. Perhaps you are seeking something else.

i wrote out9350/3400=31/x
it came to 11.27 (which is the correct answer according to the scoring key that is used)
Thank you for your help though!!! :lol:
